All ingredients are selected and prepared with you in mind. Most people eat with their eyes and build expectations about a dish based on food presentation. With this in mind, The Barn want you to go away content and reward anticipation with flavour.

Using innovative and modern approaches to presentation and some less well-known English ingredients, traditional dishes like a rump of lamb with a pea and mint risotto, parcel of marinated shoulder of lamb and an apple cider infused dressing are modified to ensure you receive something special. You can enjoy different flavours infusing together in every bite.
