  • Seared thornback ray, with a seafood remoulade served with a brown shrimp and citrus dressing

  • Braised brisket of beef served with horseradish and parsley mash and roasted vegetables


  • Rabbit and guinea fowl potted pie with glazed fondant potatoes, winter red cabbage and rosemary scented gravy

  • Open lasagne of goats cheese, marinated olives, home dried tomatoes, and butternut squash simply finished with torn basil


  • Panache of fish served with new season mussel and potato gnocchi chowder
