  • Pan seared thornback ray, set on a chorizo, tomato and crayfish risotto simply finished with a citrus and brown shrimp dressing
  • Confit of Gressingham duck leg, set on chilli and coriander cous cous, finished with a pineapple, chilli and ginger salsa
