Pressed terrine of organic chicken and local pheasant with home made piccalilli and toasted onion seed soda bread
Baked portabello mushroom and brie filo parcel with honey glazed figs and a tawny port caramel
Risotto of smoked haddock, potato and bacon finished with a poached duck egg with a pommery mustard and parsley cream
Rare breed pork, shallot and apple “faggot” set on creamed parsnip puree and finished with a black muscat infused jus
THE MIDDLE
Buttered breast of roast turkey with a pomegranate and apricot stuffing with glazed goose fat roast potatoes, winter spiced red cabbage and maple and thyme glazed parsnips
Confit of gressingham duck set on a honey glazed pumpkin and thyme puree and finished with a red onion and ginger marmalade
Rump of lamb with a baby smoked applewood and watercress shepherds pie, glazed baby carrots and a mint liquor
Pan fried leek and brioche crusted fillet of seabass set on a crab and fennel infused mash with an orange and basil veloute
Chick pea, sweet chilli and coriander potato cake with glazed butternut squash and bathed in a cumin scented cream
